Editing Customer Information

Keep your customer records up to date by editing their information whenever it changes.

Finding a Customer

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap the Customers tab
  2. Use the search bar to find by name or address
  3. Tap the customer to open their profile

On the Web Dashboard

Search and filter
  1. Go to Customers
  2. Search by name, address, or phone
  3. Click the customer row

Editing Basic Information

  1. Open the customer profile
  2. Tap Edit (pencil icon)
  3. Update the fields you need to change
  4. Tap Save

Editable Fields

Changing Service Schedule

Changing Service Day

  1. Edit the customer
  2. Find Service Day
  3. Select the new day
  4. Save changes

The customer will move to the new day's route immediately.

Changing Frequency

  1. Edit the customer
  2. Find Frequency
  3. Choose Weekly or Bi-weekly
  4. Save changes

For bi-weekly customers, the system automatically tracks which weeks they're serviced.

Updating Water Bodies

Adding a New Water Body

  1. Edit the customer
  2. Scroll to Water Bodies
  3. Tap Add Water Body
  4. Fill in type and volume
  5. Save

Editing Existing Water Bodies

  1. Tap the water body to expand
  2. Update the volume or notes
  3. Save changes

Removing a Water Body

  1. Tap the water body
  2. Tap Delete
  3. Confirm removal

Removing a water body doesn't delete its service history - that's preserved.
