Customizing Service Reports

Make your service reports reflect your brand with custom logos, colors, and messaging.

Report Branding

Adding Your Logo

  1. Go to Settings > Service Reports
  2. Click Upload Logo
  3. Select your logo file (PNG or JPG)
  4. Adjust positioning if needed
  5. Save changes

Use a square logo for best results. Recommended size: 200x200 pixels.

Custom Message

Add a personalized message to every report:

  1. Find Report Message in settings
  2. Enter your custom text
  3. Example: "Thank you for choosing ABC Pool Service! Questions? Call us at 555-1234."
  4. Save changes

Choose what to include in reports:

Preview Reports

See how your reports look before sending:

  1. Go to Settings > Service Reports
  2. Click Preview
  3. See a sample report with your branding
  4. Make adjustments as needed

Report Delivery

SMS vs Email

Reports are sent via SMS by default because:

  • Higher open rates than email
  • Instant delivery
  • Works for all customers

Email reports are coming soon for customers who prefer them.
