Customizing Service Reports
Make your service reports reflect your brand with custom logos, colors, and messaging.
Report Branding
Adding Your Logo
- Go to Settings > Service Reports
- Click Upload Logo
- Select your logo file (PNG or JPG)
- Adjust positioning if needed
- Save changes
Use a square logo for best results. Recommended size: 200x200 pixels.
Custom Message
Add a personalized message to every report:
- Find Report Message in settings
- Enter your custom text
- Example: "Thank you for choosing ABC Pool Service! Questions? Call us at 555-1234."
- Save changes
Report Content Options
Choose what to include in reports:
Available Sections

Preview Reports
See how your reports look before sending:
- Go to Settings > Service Reports
- Click Preview
- See a sample report with your branding
- Make adjustments as needed
Report Delivery
SMS vs Email
Reports are sent via SMS by default because:
- Higher open rates than email
- Instant delivery
- Works for all customers
Email reports are coming soon for customers who prefer them.
