What to Include

Help us help you faster by including:

  1. Your account email - So we can find your account
  2. Device and app version - iPhone 14, PoolOps 2.3.1
  3. Description of the issue - What happened?
  4. Steps to reproduce - How can we see the problem?
  5. Screenshots - If applicable

Example Good Request

> "Hi, I'm having trouble syncing services from my iPhone 14 running PoolOps 2.3.1. When I complete a service and have WiFi, the service doesn't appear on my web dashboard. I've tried pull-to-refresh and logging out/in. Screenshot attached showing the pending sync indicator."
