What is PoolOps?

PoolOps is a digital clipboard for pool service professionals. It replaces paper logs with a mobile app for route management, water chemistry tracking, and customer communication.

What devices does PoolOps support?

  • Mobile App: iPhone (iOS 14+), iPad, Android phones and tablets
  • Web Dashboard: Any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)

Does PoolOps work offline?

Yes! The mobile app works offline. You can view routes, complete services, and take photos. Data syncs automatically when you're back online.

Billing

Can I try PoolOps for free?

Yes! The Free plan lets you manage up to 5 customers with no time limit. Upgrade anytime for unlimited customers.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the current period ends.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase for unused accounts. Contact support@poolops.app.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately (upgrades) or at the next billing cycle (downgrades).

Technical

Why isn't my data syncing?

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Pull down to refresh
  3. Log out and log back in
  4. Contact support if issues persist

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.

Can I use PoolOps on multiple devices?

Yes! Log in on any device with your account. Data syncs across all devices.

How do I update the app?

  • iOS: Open App Store > Updates > Update PoolOps
  • Android: Open Play Store > My Apps > Update PoolOps
