Connect a Stripe account once, then send and collect invoices without leaving the dashboard. You’re the merchant of record — zero platform fee on top of Stripe processing.

You asked — we shipped
Capture filter equipment info directly on the customer’s water body. Type (cartridge, sand, DE), brand, model, clean PSI baseline, and a photo. The PSI sparkline shows trend across recent visits so you can spot a clog or a worn cartridge before the customer calls.
Pump, heater, and salt-cell cards are next on the roadmap.

Customer-facing
Customers tap a magic link in their visit email and land on a clean, mobile-friendly portal. Visit summary, all readings and photos, plus any invoice on file — paid in seconds with a card.


Redesign
The whole dashboard got a redesign — new colors, new layouts for history, reports, schedule, and equipment views. Quicker on phone and desktop. Same shortcuts, less visual noise.

In the field app
In-app invoice collection with Stripe, an offline photo queue that catches up when you regain signal, and a smoother service flow that keeps you moving stop-to-stop.
